I really enjoyed watching and photographing this Black Swallowtail butterfly, on a hot August afternoon.  He didn't seem to mind either.

  5. I wouldn't be without butterfly bushes as they attract butterflies, hummingbirds and lots of pollinators. Stunning captures of the butterfly from different angles.
    Thanks for linking to MM.

  7. Our butterfly bush is in full bloom, and the air all around it smells like honey.

  8. Beautiful images. We have a butterfly bush just outside our breakfast eating area and we love watching the butterflies and hummingbirds feed there.
